Sizerelated returns / exchanges:
Must be requested within 2 days of receipt of delivery. We encourage customers to buy correct sizes the first time to prevent hassle from their point of view.

Defective / wrong / damaged items:
If the issue is on our side including defective, damaged, or not as described -the short window does not apply to defective, damaged, or wrongproduct cases, which are handled separately. And our resolutions team will provide a reasonable solution, refund or exchange whichever is applicable.

Conditions for exchange:
Items must be unused, unwashed, not stained, unaltered, odour free and must be with original tags and packaging within exchange window timings.
Misuse or customercaused damage is not eligible for return/refund.

Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 7-14 days of approval.
